Hsinchu is about 50 km from the TPE Airport, where most international flights land. Some from northeast Asia and China might arrive in the TSA Airport, which is located inside Taipei city, about 80 km from Hsinchu. It takes more than one hour to arrive at NSRRC by train or bus that needs transfers a few times. The best way to travel from both airports to NSRRC is by taxi service easily accessible at airport. You could easily get a taxi at the airport. It takes less than an hour and costs around TWD 2,000 from TSA and TWD 1,500 from TPE to the NSRRC.

You can also access NSRRC by THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail): Take a THSR train to Hsinchu Station then take the taxi to NSRRC. Taxi pickup services are available at the taxi stand near Exit No. 4.
